Here is the best "Gigerla" (fried chicken) ever! In the months with "r" there is delicious food in the economy and of course the good hop drops the "Ampferbacher" (by the way, it is only available as tap beer. You have to bring a container to take with you). In summer the cellar is outside in the green. We ALWAYS eat the chicken in the economy. It reminds me of tandoori chicken with wonderfully spicy, slightly hot pepper sauce. There are also milk rolls baked especially for the pub. I can recommend the fries! Nowhere else can I get better ... they are rather narrow and just really crispy. Perfect! The family business with mother, daughter, friend etc. runs absolutely smoothly. You immediately feel at home in the living room ambience where time seems to have stopped. Reservation is necessary. If you want to eat chicken, you should reserve about two weeks in advance
